General Introduction

SANTO provides 0.5 ton to 5 ton Portable Aluminum Gantry Cranes for your heavy-duty lifting applications. All the gantry cranes are manufactured, engineered and designed to be moved safely while under FULL-RATED LOAD! 

Capacity available up to 5 ton aluminum gantry cranes can be taken down and reassembled with just two people in less than 15 minutes, which allow for quick movement of the crane within a single building, or transporting via a pickup truck to other locations.

Light weight: Made from lightweight extruded aluminum track, the components of the adjustable gantry crane are easily lifted by one person. This allows the crane to be shipped easily to a job site, and even carried up a ladder or staircase to a rooftop work area.

Adjustable height: The adjustable height ensures a single ergonomic lifting solution for low headroom areas, and wider lift range in other areas.

Clear-Span Adjustment (Setting Clear-Span on the Ground): Normally the gantry legs are attached at the end of the beam. This provides the greatest Clear-Span (distance the Beam Trolley can roll on the beam between the Cheek Plates). On occasion the lifting application may need to reduce the space between the legs due to reduced floor space. It will be necessary to set the legs in from the ends of the beam so the beam sticks out past ore or both legs. 

Collapsible for easy storage: Simple set up and break down allows the aluminum gantry crane to be collapsed and stored when not in use.
