1. Warranty Period
Supply 12 or 18 months warranty period after B/L date, we supply free operation guide, maintenance instruction, free parts supply. Also we will supply free maintenance for the fault because wrong operation or damage.
2. Spare parts supply
For 1 years with equipment.
3. Tools kits supply
One set for each equipment for normal inspection and maintenance.
4. Urgent express
For the urgent need because of any reasons that causes equipment stop working, we will supply urgent express (parts DHL) to help customer to restart equipment.
5. Annual inspection
We will make one time inspection each year for all worldwide equipment by online or on site according to clients' request.
6. Equipment working record
For every fault or important operation activity, we will record for equipment management services.
